Job Summary
This position is a sales coordination role requires administrative support, and sales operations. The person in this role to ensure smooth internal sales processes and accurate documentation including understanding of tender process.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible as customer service and contact point for customers and develop/ maintain strong relationships with customers and business vendors.
- Assist sales team to manage and coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, customer follow up and sales reporting
- Ensure all sales related documentation such as contracts and proposals are accurate and up to date
- Assisting technical service team to coordinate service related contracts, tenders and documentation
- Supporting role for administrative tasks such as tenders, answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence. Overall administration activity
- Managing and maintaining tender files and eligible vendor list
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Science related field
- 3-4 years as sales coordinator in Scientific equipment industry
- Experience in scientific equipment will be an added advantage
- Has knowledge in government tender process/ e-Portal (will be added advantage)
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions
