Position: Customer Service Representative
Work location: Shah Alam (LRT Subang Jaya)
Job Description/Scope:
- To handle all customer inquiries coming from multichannel including Calls and Emails, based on Standard Procedure and Guideline defined by the Company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum is DIPLOMA (with Graduate Certificate)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Call Centre experience would be added advantage
Working hours:
- Working Hour: 9 Hours Rotational Shift, 5 rotational days per week (including weekend and public holidays)
- First shift: 8am-5pm, 2pm – 11pm
- Last shift: 11pm-8am
