Role Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, and offer coordination.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other social media channels.
- Work closely with department managers to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Assist in managing employee conduct issues such as attendance irregularities, absenteeism, and disciplinary cases.
- Draft and issue HR-related documents, including warning letters, show cause letters, suspension letters, and termination notices.
- Inspect and monitor employee attendance and report any absences to the regional manager.
- Maintain, update, and review HR documents to ensure accurate and complete records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies to oversee and develop comprehensive strategies and structures for the organization.
- Experience in HR Operations for streamlining workflows, implementing HR systems, and managing payroll or administrative processes.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations to facilitate positive interactions, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and labor law compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field. Relevant certifications, such as SHRM or CIPD, are an added advantage.
