Who you are:

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience (training provided)
• Computer literate – comfortable with spreadsheets, docs, email, chat tools
• Good communicator – clear, respectful, and responsive
• Organized and able to follow up without being reminded
• Ready to learn the supply chain/logistics industry

What you will do:

• Travel with Founder to customer meetings and appointments
• Prepare presentation decks and meeting materials
• Handle email & WhatsApp replies professionally
• Follow up on customer payments and invoice status
• Manage customer and supplier relationships
• Report progress daily and escalate issues when needed

About the role:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and willing to learn PA to support the Founder directly. You will not just manage schedules – you will help run daily operations, allowing the Founder to focus on strategy and business growth.
