• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Portfolio/showreel (if available) demonstrating editing and filming skills.

Social Media Management (60%)

• Content Creation & Curation
• Develop and schedule daily posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/TikTok)
• Create visual content (graphics, short videos, Stories) using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Write engaging captions that reflect brand voice and encourage interaction
• Source and repurpose user-generated content
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track key metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth)
• Compile weekly performance reports
• Provide insights for content optimization

Marketing Support (40%)

• Campaign Assistance
• Support execution of marketing campaigns across channels
• Help coordinate promotional activities and launches
• Assist with email marketing (newsletter creation, list management)
• Content Marketing
• Contribute to blog posts or website content
• Conduct light research on industry trends and competitors
• Help optimize content for SEO
• Administrative & Coordination
• Assist in maintaining marketing calendars and schedules
• Support event coordination (virtual or physical)
