• Manage customer interactions and reviews on Google, ensuring a positive online reputation.
• Deliver important information to customers through approved communication channels.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate.
• Detail-oriented, computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media applications.
• Proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented, with the ability to remain calm when handling customer challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and responsible.
