We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for students or recent graduates in Information Technology or Computer Science to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will work closely with our software development to support testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle.

This internship is ideal for individuals looking to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects and develop practical skills in software testing and IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and project requirements
• Assist QA Engineers in developing effective test plans and strategies
• Execute manual and/or automated test cases and evaluate results
• Verify product code against specifications to ensure compliance and quality
• Document testing phases, issues, and results in detailed logs
• Report bugs and errors to the development team clearly and accurately
• Support troubleshooting of technical issues
• Participate in post-release and post-implementation testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Open only to MALAYSIANS

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
