Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.

-Required language(s):Mandarin in priority, English or Cantonese

-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in commercial field is required for this position

-Work experience related in interior & exterior renovation / carpentry work

-Required Software Skill(s): AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Job Description:

-Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and urgency when managing projects.

-Able to multitask, work under pressure and has a strong sense of ownership

-Experienced in managing, coordinating and supervising ID works from commencement to handover.

-Able to communicate clearly and precisely with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc.

-Experienced in dealing with management offices, city councils and other government bodies to ensure smooth site progress.

-Able to resolve site issues with sub-contractors, suppliers and customers without delay.

-Able to serve clients with exceptional service and manners.

-Ensure smooth implementation of project within time, cost and quality standards.

-Able to understand and produce basic quotations, costing and procurement documents.

-Manage day to day project coordination work efficiently.

-Ensure minimal site mistakes to avoid variation orders and unnecessary rectification works.

-Constantly monitor workmanship and quality standards of work on site to deliver the best end product to clients.

-Maintain proper documentation of all assigned projects for future reference.

-To ensure quality work and comply with the contract requirement, specifications, drawings and standards.

-To prepare and submit weekly site reports on works done for all active sites.

-Prepare and adhere closely to project schedules to ensure smooth handover before targeted deadlines.

-Able to travelling Asia country business trip
