Job Description

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will support all import and export activities, playing a crucial role in our global supply chain.

  • Manage warehouse operations and daily deliveries, ensuring efficient coordination of logistics processes.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Free Trade Agreement drafts, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines to optimise cargo space and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure accuracy of Customs documentation and adherence to international shipping regulations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and SAP reconciliation, monitoring stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies, conducting regular safety audits and equipment inspections.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Understanding of Import & Export procedures
  • Experienced in handling custom Brokerage and Haulage team
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Has strong negotiation and communication skill.
  • Can work well both in team and individual.
  • Possess service minded skill.
  • Punctual and self-discipline.
  • Individuals those are able to showcase scalability. Or rather, capability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities
