Salary:
$2000 per month
Contract duration:
1 year contract
Job descriptions:
Receiving and sorting of mails
Distribute mails to specific individuals/departments
Prepare and maintain records of incoming mails
Ensure delivery of outgoing mails to courier or post office
Filing and archiving of documents/records
Data entry
Franking of outgoing mails
Arrange for courier service to delivery packages
Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
Other ad-hoc duties
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm
Location:
Travel within CBD area or Bukit Merah
Job requirements:
Singaporean only
