Summary

4.5 working days per week
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations including drink preparation, service sequence and workflow
Participate in creating and refining SOPs with the bar team
Oversee bar stock, inventory timing and replenishment needs
Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment care and safety standards
Support Head Bartender in cost control, quality checking and training new hires



Job Requirements

Experience in bartending or beverage-focused service environment
Strong product knowledge in spirits, cocktails and bar techniques
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
