Role Overview
The Receptionist & Administrative Support Officer serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, trainers, and stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for reception duties, student administration, customer service, and general school operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Attend to walk-in visitors, students, parents, and stakeholders professionally.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Provide information on courses, programmes, schedules, events, and school services.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment.
Student Administration
- Process student registrations, enrolments, transfers, withdrawals, and graduations.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Prepare student files, attendance records, certificates, transcripts, and related documents.
- Monitor student attendance and support academic administrative processes.
- Assist in examination and assessment administration.
School Operations Support
- Coordinate classroom arrangements and training schedules.
- Prepare training materials, name tags, attendance sheets, and assessment documents.
- Support school activities, open houses, graduation ceremonies, and events.
- Liaise with trainers, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, letters, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain office inventory and procure office supplies.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and logistical arrangements.
- Support management in various administrative projects and assignments.
Compliance & Records Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of student and school records.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and company information.
- Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist with audits and accreditation-related documentation.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Minimum GCE "N" Level, "O" Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, school administration, or office administration.
- Experience in an education institution, training provider, childcare, or school environment will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

Pay: $1,689.87 - $3,239.45 per month
