Nature: Renewable Contract (12 Months)

• Gather project requirements from clients and the internal team to formulate efficient execution plans.
• Oversee equipment purchase orders to ensure full alignment with customer contractual agreements.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between the project team and clients regarding project status and milestones.
• Formulate and closely track project schedules to guarantee timely and quality deliverable outputs.
• Coordinate and lead progress review meetings with key stakeholders and project participants.
• Prepare formal project documentation including meeting agendas, detailed minutes, and regular status reports.
• Identify, address, and resolve any project-related operational issues and bottlenecks promptly.

• Possess a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or event servicing.
• Hold a valid Safety Card for project site requirements.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a strong commitment to achieving challenging project targets.
• Maintain a strong customer-oriented mindset supported by solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Exhibit a robust sense of ownership, an innovative mindset, and strong adaptability to business needs.
• Demonstrate full professional fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
