About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join our Hygiene Services team. You will manage existing customer accounts, contract renewals, sales leads and quotations while ensuring good customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on contract renewals and expiring agreements.
• Handle customer enquiries and service requests.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up on sales leads and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and renewal offers.
• Conduct customer follow-ups through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management or related roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and comfortable handling customer enquiries.
• Confident in sales follow-ups, negotiations and renewals.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
  
  Basic Salary
  $2600 to $3000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
