We are looking for a DevOps & ML Engineer to develop our AI platform, automate the deployment of AI workloads, and build robust DevSecOps pipelines.
What You Will Be Working On
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, GitLab etc
- Automate the setup and maintenance of CI/CD and ML environments and pipelines to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Ensure automated testing and validation of AI/ML models before deployment.
- Monitor and optimise CI/CD pipeline performance to reduce build and deployment times.
- Monitor model performance and health, using tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- Implement strategies for model retraining and updating based on performance metrics.
- Develop infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts to automate the provisioning and management of ML and Infrastructure.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
What We Are Looking For
- Skilled in Linux and Python; knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Experience with developing and deploying applications as containers using Docker and Kubernetes and ML infrastructure tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI and ArgoCD/FluxCD.
- Experience with full-stack agile software development practices and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, including container security, vulnerability scanning, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud or on-premise security best practices, threat modeling, and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Relevant Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, CKS) are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with technological advancements.
- Preferably 1-5 years of relevant working experience.
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
