Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research and Development Associate role based in Singapore. The Research and Development Associate will support experimental design, execution, and optimization of biologics manufacturing processes using AI-Virtual Cell Model. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting laboratory experiments, maintaining accurate records, analyzing and interpreting data, and contributing to protocol development and process improvement. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports and presentations, and assisting in technology transfer and scale-up activities. The associate will also help ensure laboratory safety, compliance with internal standards, and alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills, with experience in designing and executing experimental studies.
• Solid Analytical Skills for data analysis, interpretation of experimental results, and troubleshooting of processes.
• Proficient Laboratory Skills, including good laboratory practices, accurate documentation, and familiarity with relevant equipment and techniques.
• Effective Communication skills for working in cross-functional teams and preparing clear reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related life sciences field.
• Experience in biologics, bioprocessing, or biopharmaceutical R&D is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work systematically, manage multiple experiments, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and basic statistical methods; familiarity with AI-driven or computational approaches is a plus.
