What You’ll Do
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are fully
- captured and implemented
- Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to
- improve productivity and efficiency
- Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities, including identification
- of test scenarios, execution of sanity tests before rolling out to the testers-at-large
- and administration of the defects management process
- Administration of training plan/schedule for users
- Support change management activities in accordance with the
- Change Management Plan to ensure smooth transition for system adoption for both
- internal and external users
- Support data cleansing/transformation/migration activities
- Coordinate and administer project schedule/meeting/personnel including logistics
- such as resource booking
- Post implementation support and reporting
- Routine administration functions
o System administration (work item/approval workflow maintenance; defects/enhancements management; Master Data maintenance; supplier accounts management; roles application in IDMS for internal users; data extraction; data archival/cleansing activities in line with housekeeping rules)
o User Acceptance Test and post implementation verification for system upgrade
o Develop/update user guides, training materials, system documentations and conduct user trainings
o Provide support to users (internal & external) on system issues/queries
o Produce operational reports and perform data analysis for reporting to management
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, IT or Engineering
- preferred
- Experience in SAP ARIBA procurement system implementation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement support function
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
