Reservation Management: Process individual, group, and corporate bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately within the Property Management System (PMS).
Guest Relations: Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and web channels professionally and promptly.
Inventory & Rate Control: Monitor room availability, apply daily rate codes, and support the implementation of promotions and packages.
Financial Processing: Secure payments, verify pre-authorizations, collect advance deposits, and manage billing instructions according to financial guidelines.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise directly with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to communicate special requests, VIP arrivals, and tailored arrangements.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily arrival lists, tracking reports, cancellation summaries, and no-show logs for management analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations management.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
