• Assist customer to understand all products and perform demo for various field applications.
• Install and configure system and perform troubleshoot on process and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to customer and configure services.
• Develop and maintain documents for designs and application notes and provide updates.
• Analyze customer requirement and ensure product meet customer requirements appropriately.
• Coordinate with Research and Development team, identify issues and resolve.
• Administer various field applications for customers and provide support to engineering software.
• Develop and determine various product features, perform tests and prepare documents.
• Participate in technical meetings and prepare training programs for subordinates.
• Assist Quotation Manager in cost build up and design appropriate proposals.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Have basics in CAD software.
• Be able to use Microsoft Excel
• Fresh graduated are encourage to apply

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.00am-6.00pm

Pay: From RM2,900.00 per month
