• Assist in the preparation of quotation cost breakdown, taking off quantity and cost estimate.
• Assist tender/contract review and prepare tender and contract documents, negotiation with contractors, contract administration and drafting contractual correspondences.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget for the project.
• Assist in price evaluation, rationalization and negotiation.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorize.
• Recommend the appointment of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Assist in site evaluation and site visit as and when required.
• Assist in handle progress claim and progress payment.
• Effectively handle the sourcing and negotiation process to achieve the best priced, quality purchases.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, architects, and certification of a claim for payments.
• Preferable with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.
• Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office & Autocad etc.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
