Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Respond promptly to customer incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, including standby support when required.
- Record and track incidents in CRM systems.
- Support commissioning, deployment, and system upgrades during project implementation.
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend improvements to customers.
- Deliver customer training and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, automation, or material handling systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff), SCADA, industrial communication networks (EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, TCP/IP), drives, and safety systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working at heights, on standby schedules, and outside regular working hours when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
