Job Summary

Provide administrative support to coordinate daily company operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate record-keeping, and smooth workflow management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage administrative activities to support company operations efficiently

Respond promptly to email and inquiries to facilitate effective communication

Maintain accurate records and file relevant documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance

Perform data entry and update information related to ongoing projects to support operational accuracy

Execute general clerical duties to maintain organized office systems and support team productivity

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors to meet evolving business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent educational background

Minimum of 1 year of experience in clerical or administrative support roles

Proficient in PC applications and office software to enhance administrative efficiency

Experience in tender preparation to contribute to project bidding processes
