Production Operations
- Perform shift duties (often 12-hour rotating shifts) to support the running of production in the assigned module .
- Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
- Monitor process performance using statistical tools like SPC charts and apply PR (Process Release) rules .
- Coordinate with team members and other operators to ensure efficiency and meet manufacturing and module objectives .
Quality and Safety
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment .
- Promote wafer scrap reduction and uphold a strong quality awareness mindset .
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications .
- Follow all contamination control and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures .
Equipment and Maintenance
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime .
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in production, sub-fab, and office areas .
- Support engineers during equipment installations, upgrades, and recovery processes .
Documentation and Communication
- Ensure accurate documentation, shift handovers, and completion of all required checklists .
- Report any equipment issues, process deviations, or yield concerns promptly to the Production Supervisor or Engineer .
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts, raw materials, and consumables
Pay: Up to $2,400.00 per month
