About the role

Joining River Raven Sdn Bhd as an Admin and Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and procurement support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation's day-to-day operations. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, documenting, and organising records

• Assisting in the procurement process by sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing purchases

• Providing support for internal meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

• Maintaining and updating the company's database and filing systems

• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution

• Providing customer service and support to staff members as needed

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or procurement role

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently

• Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations is preferred
