KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage BIM delivery across large-scale building construction projects.

Oversee the development and coordination of BIM models across Civil & Structural, Architectural and M&E disciplines.

Lead BIM coordination with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve clashes and design issues.

Manage BIM standards, model quality and timely delivery of project BIM requirements.

Review BIM models, coordination drawings, shop drawings and as-built documentation.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to BIM Coordinators, BIM Modellers and project teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.

Strong BIM experience within the building construction industry.

Experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, Assistant BIM Manager or similar senior BIM position.

Strong

Civil & Structural BIM coordination

experience, with Architectural and M&E coordination exposure advantageous.

Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and relevant BIM platforms.

Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
