Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Support Executive to support the Business Development Manager and operations team in managing daily coordination, documentation, project tracking and reporting.

The role will coordinate with technicians, vendors and internal teams to ensure operational updates, follow-ups and records are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Track daily and weekly installation progress and maintain updated project records.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors on operational matters and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Communicate with vendors regarding system issues, downtime and technical problems, and monitor resolution progress.
• Maintain records of invoices, billing milestones, collections and payment status.
• Prepare regular operational and project status reports for the Business Development Manager and management.
• Consolidate updates on installation progress, vendor issues, collections and other outstanding matters.
• Maintain proper documentation, trackers and correspondence.
• Assist the Business Development Manager with operational coordination and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations support, administration, coordination or a similar role.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and email communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good follow-up skills and able to communicate confidently with internal teams and external vendors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
