Highlights:
A professional main contractor specialising in buildings project.
20 years of establishment locally with awarded as a fast-growing company
Modern working style with a dynamic team
Job Responsibilities:
Handle pre and post tender documentations and contract.
Take off measurement and preparation for tender submission.
Prepare materials take off for procurement and production for new and existing projects.
Evaluate subcontractor's progress payments and variation claims
Cost control, project budgeting and final account.
Preparation of monthly progress claim to consultant.
Preparation of variation orders for submission
Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for Civil & Structural is an added advantage
Construction industry for buildings project are preferred.
Good communication skills and experience in negotiation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills – Words, Excels
