About the role
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer / QA Engineer to join our team and support product quality, testing, and continuous improvement activities within the semiconductor or electronic components industry.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and quality checks for products and components.
Perform product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality or performance issues.
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
Support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.
Improve testing methods, processes, and overall product quality.
Assist with new product introduction, product qualification, and engineering projects.
Ensure testing activities comply with relevant quality standards and company requirements.
About you
Minimum 4 years of experience in Test Engineering, QA, Quality Engineering, or a related role.
Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, electronic components, or related manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Experience with test equipment, measurement tools, or automated testing systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
