Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Southwest (Client Site)

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to manage, optimize, and maintain core server and systems infrastructure. Based at our client's HQ in the Southwest, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the enterprise server environment and core IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Server & Systems Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, and enterprise backup/disaster recovery systems.

• Systems Security & Administration: Oversee domain access, user identity management, patch management, endpoint security, and compliance with IT security standards.

• Vendor & Asset Management: Partner with IT vendors for hardware procurement, licensing, infrastructure upgrades, and system documentation.

• Infrastructure Operations: Provide office network connectivity and user environment support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in server administration and IT infrastructure management.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical depth in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V/VMware, and Microsoft 365.

• Infrastructure Knowledge: Practical understanding of network concepts and desktop environments.

• Capabilities: Self-motivated, capable of working independently, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Bonus: Exposure to multi-site environments or retail IT systems is an added advantage.
