We're on the lookout for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team on the floor and keep the La Grassa experience exceptional.

You will

• Lead and inspire the floor team to deliver warm, genuine hospitality.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with a strong focus on guest experience.
• Oversee staff performance, training and development.
• Uphold the authentic Italian spirit that La Grassa is known for.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Italian Restaurant or similar concept.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for Italian cuisine, wine and hospitality.
• A hands-on attitude and ownership mindset.

OUR STORY

You might have heard of Bologna, the capital of the Emilia-Romagna region. Locals often use three unique nicknames that reflect what it is best known for: “La Grassa”, “La Dotta” and “La Rossa”.
