Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including product information, images, pricing, variations and stock availability.
• Monitor and manage orders from e-commerce platforms and coordinate order fulfilment with our 3PL logistics partner.
• Follow up on order status, inventory and deliveries, and communicate with the 3PL partner when necessary.
• Manage e-commerce promotions, pricing, vouchers and basic customer enquiries.
• Support offline distribution orders from supermarkets, retailers and other business partners, including coordinating order fulfilment with our 3PL partner.
• Assist with product information, price lists and other materials required for offline retail and distribution channels.
• Research potential supermarkets, retailers and other distribution channels in Malaysia.
• Plan and create short-form content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Participate in video shoots and be comfortable appearing on camera when required, including introducing and tasting products for social media content.
• Be comfortable tasting Korean food products, including pork and beef, when required for content creation.
• Edit videos, add subtitles/music and upload content to TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Research Korean food trends, popular products and social media trends, and suggest new product, promotion and content ideas.
• Work closely with other team members and be able to support both e-commerce operations and content creation when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
