Job Responsibilities

• Handle tenant enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and follow up on tenants’ maintenance and repair requests with contractors, technicians, and relevant parties.
• Monitor the progress of maintenance and repair works and ensure issues are followed up until completion.
• Assist tenants with general enquiries regarding property management, rental matters, maintenance, and related services.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents for permits, applications, registrations, and other property-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant enquiries, maintenance requests, applications, and related documentation.
• Coordinate appointments and access arrangements between tenants, contractors, and property management when required.
• Follow up with relevant parties on outstanding issues and provide timely updates to tenants.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex or urgent matters to the relevant person for further action.
• Perform other administrative and property management-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Property Management, Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle tenant enquiries and follow up on maintenance matters professionally.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage basic documentation and applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and online communication tools.
• Able to work independently in a Work-From-Home (WFH) environment with reliable internet.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
