About this role

This role is based in Taiwan and involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for customers and projects. The role also supports system integration, hardware and software testing, and system performance optimization based on project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for customers and projects.
• Assist with system installation, testing, and daily operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and abnormalities at customer sites.
• Support system integration, hardware and software testing, and system performance optimization based on project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project reports.
• Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a Top 500 university worldwide, OR Bachelor's degree from other universities with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Information Technology / Computer Science, Automation Equipment / Industrial Automation
• Mandarin proficiency is required, as the role involves communication with customers and internal teams in Taiwan.

Technical Background-Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering
• Information Technology / Computer Science
• Automation Equipment / Industrial Automation

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of system troubleshooting, equipment integration, and technical problem-solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
