Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware and embedded firmware, including component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation.

• Develop test firmware to bring up, test, and validate hardware designs on ARM-based systems.

• Build, solder, and evaluate prototypes; perform signal integrity checks, timing analyses, and functional testing on products.

• Apply EMI noise reduction techniques and design for compliance with EMC/EMI/ESD and safety regulatory standards.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, update BOMs, review Gerber files, and partner with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

• Research emerging hardware technologies/standards and take full ownership of troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3+years of proven experience in hardware/firmware design, integration, prototyping, and testing.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.

• Proficiency with schematic capture, PCB layout design (DFM), signal integrity, and timing analysis tools.

• Hands-on experience developing low-level/test firmware for ARM architectures.

• Deep understanding of EMI/EMC/ESD mitigation techniques and safety regulatory certifications.

• Practical workshop skills (e.g., fine-pitch soldering, laboratory equipment usage).

• Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
