Procurement Responsibilities:
1. Manage procurement processes for specific product or service categories.
2. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value.
4. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and maintain inventory levels.
5. Analyse spending data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
