Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented

Customer Service Officer

to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Attend to customers' enquiries and provide accurate and timely assistance.

Handle telephone calls, emails, messages and other customer enquiries.

Provide information on company services, procedures and general enquiries.

Receive and record customer feedback, requests and complaints.

Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal departments and operational teams where necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, requests and correspondence.

Prepare basic reports, records and administrative documentation.

Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma or equivalent qualification

in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality or a related field.

At least

1–2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience

preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and patiently.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
