Role Description The Host/Server role at Bungalow37 is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will greet guests on arrival, manage reservations and seating, and ensure an efficient flow between the front-of-house and kitchen teams. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and maintain clean and organized dining areas. Day-to-day tasks include handling payments, answering basic menu questions, coordinating with other team members, and supporting smooth service during peak hours. You are expected to maintain high standards of customer service, follow health and safety guidelines, and represent Bungalow37’s brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with guests and team members
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Proven Teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with basic technology; C++ or other technical skills are a plus but not required
• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and handle multiple tasks during busy service times
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive, service-oriented attitude
