Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management
Position Title: Site Executive / Site Supervisor
Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm; Sat, 8.00am – 12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with all parties to meet waste collection needs at customer sites
Liaise with site teams and manage project schedules
Resolve site risks and issues promptly
Supervise workers and subcontractors, report concerns to Project Manager
Support customer care, monitor satisfaction, and manage changes
Ensure compliance with safety and health policies
Train staff on job requirements and equipment
Arrange transport for workers as needed
Deploy workers to sites in emergencies, including after office hours

Completed Safety Orientation Course (related to power plant or construction work)
Supervise Work At Height Course (preferred)
Experience in supervising scaffolding project
Knowledge of dismantling and maintaining scaffolding
Understanding of WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements (preferred)
