Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: WholesalesPosition Title: Logistics OfficerWorking Location: Pandan LoopWorking Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 4.00pm) [1-day WFH]Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable BonusDuration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Process orders and declare permits using the company systemHandle payments and courier services for customersPrepare shipping documents and coordinate with shipping lines or agentsCoordinate with warehouse, depot, and transport teams—both internal and externalProvide daily or monthly customer reportsGenerate required company reports on a daily or monthly basisPrepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme import/export reports for customersSubmit monthly accruals internally and externallyClose completed HCS orders in the PSA HCS systemEnsure all relevant PSA charges are entered into the PSA HCS systemAttach necessary receipts and emails for billing purposes (including payments on behalf and miscellaneous charges)
