We are a digital health media agency (Hello Health Group) that helps healthcare, pharmaceutical, and consumer brands reach and engage their target audience through digital content, technology, and marketing campaigns.

About the Role

As an Client Service, you will serve as the bridge between clients and our internal delivery teams. Your main responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery: Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and hit target metrics.
• Assist sales/account managers in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and campaign strategies tailored to healthcare and consumer brand clients.
• Client & Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, handle communication, and manage administrative steps like invoicing and project tracking.
• Coordinate with internal team to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with content, tech, and data teams to prepare project briefs, track progress, and build performance reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Open for Fresh Graduates with a passion for digital marketing, project management, and client relation.
• Preferably someone who has been intern as marketing, digital marketing, social media in media or advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting and presentation creation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics will be (e.g., CTR, impressions, conversions, ROI) and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or social media ad managers is a plus.
• High energy, problem-solving mindset, and a consultative approach to building relationships.
