We are aerospace manufacturing company based in Negeri Sembilan and transitioning from the establishment phase into full operational maturity.

Our focus is on operational stability, sustainable quality performance, and disciplined growth in alignment with international standards.

1) Manufacturing Management Associate:

Job responsibilities:

  • Rotational Assignments: Participate in scheduled rotations in areas such as CNC machining, sheet-metal fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and production planning. Learn shop-floor systems (e.g. ERP, MES) and production workflows. Shadow operators and supervisors to understand daily production tasks.

  • Project Work: Lead or support improvement projects (e.g. Lean/5S initiatives, productivity and scrap reduction). Collect and analyze production data (output, cycle time, downtime) to identify bottlenecks. Implement corrective actions under supervisor guidance. Example projects: increasing machine utilization, improving throughput, optimizing layouts.

  • Daily Operations: Monitor production KPIs, assist in shift handovers and job scheduling. Ensure tools and materials are available for operators. Report issues (machine breakdowns, material shortages) promptly. Support safety audits, maintenance schedules, and SOP compliance on the floor.

  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean techniques to reduce waste. Propose kaizen events and participate in root-cause analysis. Document standard work and assist in work instruction updates.

  • Leadership & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to resolve issues. Present project updates to management. Develop leadership skills by mentoring apprentices or new trainees in later months.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.

  • Fresh graduates (0–2 years’ experience); internships in manufacturing are a plus.

  • Good understanding of manufacturing principles. Basic knowledge of CNC, CAD/CAM, or PLC helpful.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis).

  • Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

2) Engineering Management Associate:

Job responsibilities:

  • Rotational Assignments: Gain hands-on experience across Design, Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Technical Support. Develop and refine manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and support NPI activities from feasibility studies through pilot builds and production launch. Assist with tool design, process improvement, manufacturing feasibility assessments.

  • Project Work: Manage an engineering improvement project, such as introducing automation, optimizing process parameters, or improving equipment layout. Use data analysis to solve technical problems and improve product quality/yield.

  • Collaboration: Work with production teams to implement new processes or tools. Liaise with suppliers on technical specifications. Help maintain BOMs and engineering documents (DWGs, FMEAs).

  • Quality/Compliance: Support engineering audits and ensure design changes meet AS9100 and customer requirements. Assist with NCR investigation from an engineering standpoint.

  • Innovation: Research emerging aerospace materials, manufacturing technologies, and digital solutions, including advanced composites, additive manufacturing, automation, and PLM system digitalization. Evaluate their potential applications and propose pilot projects or improvement initiatives. Stay updated on relevant aerospace manufacturing and technology trends.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, NPI, R&D, or other technical roles are encouraged to apply. Relevant engineering internships are an advantage.

  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in aerospace manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI), process improvement, feasibility studies, and production troubleshooting is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles is an added advantage.

  • Interest or exposure to PLM systems, digitalization, automation, data analysis, or manufacturing process improvement would be an advantage.

  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Production, Quality, NPI, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

3) Quality Management Associate:

Job responsibilities:

  • Rotational Assignments: Gain hands-on exposure across Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control functions, QMS functions including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, calibration/metrology, Document Control, and Supplier Quality. Develop a comprehensive understanding of quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Quality Engineering: Support Quality Engineers in developing and improving inspection methods, control plans, inspection standards, process controls, and quality requirements. Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, process documentation, and customer requirements to ensure product and process conformity. Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, FAI, MSA, SPC, and capability studies where applicable.

  • NPI & New Product Quality: Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from manufacturing feasibility through pilot builds and production launch. Assist in establishing inspection requirements, quality checkpoints, FAI documentation, and process controls for new products and processes. Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to identify and address quality risks before production release.

  • Quality Audits & Compliance: Support internal audits, process audits, product audits, and calibration audits, as well as preparation for external audits including customer, AS9100, and NADCAP audits. Assist with audit evidence preparation, recording findings, corrective-action tracking, and closure.

  • Non-Conformance & Problem Solving: Investigate NCRs, internal quality issues, process deviations, and customer complaints. Participate in structured root-cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, 8D, and other problem-solving methodologies. Support corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.

  • Quality Data & Statistical Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring defects, and process variation. Apply SPC, Pareto analysis, capability studies, First Pass Yield (FPY), defect rate, scrap, and rework data to support data-driven quality improvement initiatives.

  • Documentation & Quality Systems: Support the maintenance and control of the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, inspection records, and quality records in accordance with AS9100 and customer requirements. Ensure document revisions are properly controlled and assist in improving the clarity and effectiveness of quality documentation.

  • Supplier Quality: Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, and suppliers to support supplier qualification, supplier performance monitoring, and supplier quality improvement. Assist with supplier audits, AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reviews, PPAP where applicable, and verification of supplier quality documentation.

  • Quality Improvement Project: Lead or participate in a quality improvement project focused on measurable improvements in defect rate, FPY, scrap, rework, customer complaints, or process capability. Use structured problem-solving and data analysis to identify root causes, implement improvements, and measure effectiveness.

  • Quality Systems Digitalization: Support the digitalization and automation of quality processes, including e-NCR/CAPA workflows, audit tracking, inspection data, document control, quality dashboards, and integration with ERP/PLM systems. Identify opportunities to improve quality data visibility, traceability, process efficiency, and reporting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Production, NPI, Procurement, Maintenance, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Develop strong cross-functional problem-solving and communication skills.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent (any discipline with strong quality interest).

  • Fresh graduate; understanding of ISO 9001 or AS9100 principles is a plus

  • Attention to detail and passion for compliance.

  • Familiarity with basic metrology or inspection tools advantageous.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

4) Supply Chain Management Associate:

Job responsibilities:

  • Rotational Assignments: Spend time in Production Planning (material requirement planning, scheduling), Procurement (vendor selection, RFQs), and Warehouse (receiving, inventory control). Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize supply with production.

  • Inventory Management: Learn to use ERP/MRP systems for forecasting demand, order creation and stock monitoring. Assist in cycle counts and stock audits. Help maintain optimal inventory levels (minimize stock-outs or overstock).

  • Vendor Relations: Support procurement team in negotiating with suppliers (lead times, pricing, quality terms). Analyze supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality) and participate in supplier performance reviews.

  • Logistics Coordination: Help arrange shipping and receiving of goods. Coordinate with logistics providers and customs if applicable. Track shipment status and resolve delays.

  • Cost Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction (bulk discounts, alternative materials, optimized reorder points). Work on a sourcing project (e.g. qualifying a new local supplier) or implement inventory reduction measures.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years; internships in planning or procurement preferred.

  • Good numerical ability and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Excel; ERP experience (e.g. SAP) is a plus.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

5) Business & Administrative Management Associate:

Job responsibilities:

  • Rotational Assignments: Spend time in Finance (assist in cost accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation) and HR (participate in recruitment drives, onboarding, and training programs). Also rotate to Admin/Facilities (learn about HSE, facility maintenance, etc.).

  • Financial Projects: Help analyze production cost data, prepare monthly variance reports, and assist with budgeting/forecasting processes. Evaluate cost-saving opportunities (e.g. utility usage, material costs).

  • HR Projects: Support a recruitment campaign (from screening CVs to interview scheduling). Participate in developing an induction program or organizing a training workshop. Assist in maintaining training records and KPIs for employee development.

  • Compliance: Ensure HR and finance activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Learn basics of labour law and tax (with guidance).

  • Support Functions: Assist in procurement of office supplies, coordination of corporate events, or employee engagement initiatives. Serve as point person for a small office improvement project (e.g. 5S in office area).

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, HRM, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates (≤2 years); internships in finance or HR are beneficial.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software or HRIS is a plus.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
