Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Drone Pilot role based in Singapore. The Drone Pilot will operate cleaning drones for window and façade maintenance on residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe and precise maneuvering around building structures. Daily responsibilities include pre-flight setup, safety checks, battery and equipment management, and post-flight inspections and documentation. The role involves coordinating with on-ground team members, following standard operating procedures, and complying with local aviation and safety regulations. The Drone Pilot will also assist with basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance tasks, and participate in training sessions as the company expands to new applications such as solar panel and wind turbine cleaning.
Qualifications

• Proficient in Drone Piloting and operating UAV systems in real-world environments.
• Hands-on experience with Drones and related hardware, including setup, calibration, and basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of UAV operations and local regulations governing drone usage in Singapore.
• Ability to provide and receive Training related to drone operation, safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong awareness of safety practices when working at or around high-rise buildings and outdoor sites.
• Good spatial awareness, hand–eye coordination, and attention to detail during flight operations.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field teams and supervisors on site.
• Availability to work part time on a flexible schedule, including early mornings or weekends if required.
• Prior experience in drone operations, robotics, facilities maintenance, or related fields is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or licenses for drone operation in Singapore are highly preferred.
