岗位职责

Strong hands-on experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation.
Practical knowledge of AML/KYC processes and controls, including CDD, EDD, customer risk assessment, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to analyse large and complex datasets.
Experience defining data requirements, data mapping, data lineage, data quality rules, and business rules.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, gap analysis, and solution definition.
Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong experience in UAT, test planning, defect management, and implementation support.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior business, Compliance, Risk, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
