The Role
We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and champion best practices in software development and DevOps.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with deep technical involvement, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Mandatory requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java- Deep proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven
• Strong knowledge of JUnit/Mockito and test-driven development practices- Solid understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and PostgreSQL database design and optimization
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with Docker containerization and deployment
• Strong Linux administration skills and shell scripting capabilities
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationshipsPreferred
