Role Name: Human Resources Representative 1
Location: Singapore (5 days onsite)
Employment Type: 12-month contract
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including candidate and stakeholder communication, interview scheduling, and mobility-related tasks (e.g. travel reimbursements).
- Support recruitment lifecycle activities such as pre-onboarding, onboarding, background screening, document management to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Scheduling, rescheduling of the interviews, both face to face and zoom.
- Coordination with the candidates and the hiring managers
- Handle HR transactions and requests using systems like Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Paradox, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to queries via ServiceNow, email, and calls, using the knowledge base to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate and organizational records in HR systems.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and other Centers of Excellence to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Prepare employment documents for candidates, including employment agreements, amendments letter and other related documents
- Provide feedback on process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Regularly update standard operating procedures and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Escalate incidents proactively using the escalation matrix.
- Provide inputs to supervisors or managers regarding changes or improvements.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services or recruitment services preferred.
- Position open to fresh graduates who possesses interest in this field.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or Paradox will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
