Job Description
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries from stakeholders
- Assist with walk-in enquiries from students, parents and teachers
- Provide basic first-aid assistance to students
- Manage the first-aid room, including stock-taking and cleaning
- Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs
- Monitor and manage lost & found items
- Prepare meal voucher and injury-related reports
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
- At least 3 years of similar experience in a primary school
- Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification
- Able to handle assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Good multitasking and time management skills
