岗位职责
manages daily technical and supervisory operations onconstruction sites to turn architectural designs into real structures
Site Layout & Surveying:
Set out locations forinfrastructural work using blueprints, plans, and surveying equipment.
Quality Control:
Inspect materials, test structuralintegrity, and ensure work follows design specifications.
Safety & Compliance:
Monitor health and safetyregulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Problem Solving:
Diagnose and resolve technicalchallenges or delays on-site.
Coordination:
Liaise with contractors, architects,workers, and clients to track progress.
Documentation:
Compile daily reports, manage materialinventories, and maintain project records
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding ofconstruction methods and tools like AutoCAD.
Soft Skills:
Clear communication, problem-solving,and time-management abilities
Blueprint Interpretation:
The ability to read,understand, and execute complex structural, architectural, and civildrawings.
Site Surveying:
