Responsibility

Assist project team to provide quantity surveying services for E&M works cost monitoring/control, tendering, procurement and contract administration in compliance with internal policies and procedures;

Design checking for E&M tender drawings and document prepared by project department/external consultants;

Monitor post contract administration including checking of payment valuation and cost estimates of variation works;

Conduct vetting of final accounts;

Assemble, collate and administer project cost data and assist preparation of annual budget in all E&M aspects.

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, MEP or a related discipline

8 years related experience in quantity surveying, preferably with local experience in large scale residential projects in QS consultancy or property developer;

Experience from MEP QS background, well versed with electrical and mechanical (E&M) work experience is A MUST

Professional qualification of MHKIS (QS);

Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
