Full-Time/Contract Receptionist – Dental Clinic

We are looking for a Full-Time/Contract Receptionist to join our dental clinic. Candidates must be able to start immediately and commit to at least one year or long-term employment.

Work Arrangement

Candidates may choose between the following options:

5.5-day work week with 1.5 rest days per week (required to work one weekend) or
5-day work week with 2 rest days per week (required to work both weekends)

Final working hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.


Job Responsibilities

Handle front counter receptionist duties
Answering phone calls
Booking and scheduling appointments
Patient registration
Prepare and dispense medications
Handle cash payments, e-payments, and NETS transactions
Perform administrative
Scanning and filing receipts
Excel data entry
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
Perform any other duties assigned by the Dentist
