Responsibilities

Clean, sand, and repair surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and durability

Select and blend paints to achieve specific colors and finishes as required

Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers accurately and efficiently

Handle various materials including wood, metal, and drywall safely and appropriately

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficient operations

Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other professionals to coordinate tasks and ensure quality

Manage time effectively to complete painting tasks within deadlines

Identify and resolve issues during the painting process to maintain quality standards

Pay close attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes and detect potential problems

Participate actively in morning Tool Box meetings to align on daily tasks and safety protocols
